From Guatemala: VINDICLAW

Vindiclaw is Dominga Ley, pretty, catty and dangerous, and in possession of two gauntlets that can unleash telescoping razor sharp blades on only her cybernetic command. They are composed of the hardest most unbreakable metallic substance known on earth (to be profiled later). The blades can be fired out from the gauntlets riding waves of electromagnetic force with or without an attached cord to be used as grapples or free-flying weapons. A sophisticated magnotractor retriever makes the blades return to their gauntlet housing after they have unleashed without an attached cord all on her cybernetic command. Dominga is also able to use technology in her belt to harness their electromagnetic generator features in a way that augments her specifically modified physiology. It will not work on normal humans. Doing so, she becomes capable of inhumanly fast reflexes, great strength and is able to generate a repellor field that affords her shielding and the ability to fly.
