Kind of a quickie render here, but this is Russell Brown from Conyers, Georgia now living in Atlanta. Russ is a synergenetic able to issue forth sheathed particles of a super-heated plasma that he can direct into triggering an immediate explosive expansion of air that emulates an extremely powerful rocket thrust. He can use this thrust for multi-mach escape velocity flight or for concussive blasts. He also has the ability to positionally lock himself down spatially within the Earth's electromagnetic grid so that expelling a concussive blast through his arms, for instance, does not necessarily knock him into the next county (equal and opposite reactions, natch). By selectively maintaining the field around him during flight, all in-flight debris that touches him is vaporized instantly.
